Madrid brought together faith representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to mark cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito eu news today uk Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Throughout the gathering, participants considered themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when supported by education and dialogue.
